What you get out of it

A clear, ranked plan for improving your site, whether I make the changes or your own team does.

What’s included

  • Expert review

Every key page checked against proven usability principles.

  • Journey analysis

The paths to an enquiry, booking or purchase, tested step by step.

  • Accessibility check

Common WCAG issues found and explained, with how to fix each one.

  • Content clarity

Whether headlines, calls to action and forms say what they need to.

  • Performance

Speed and mobile behaviour measured, because slow feels broken.

  • Analytics review

Where people drop off, using your own data where it exists.

How it works

  1. Brief

We agree what the site is for and which journeys matter most.

  2. Review

I work through the site on desktop and mobile, recording every issue.

  3. Prioritise

Each issue is ranked by impact and by effort.

  4. Walkthrough

A call to go through the findings and answer your questions.

Questions people ask

Answers to confirm

How long does a UX audit take?

Usually one to two weeks, depending on the size of the site and the number of journeys we review.

Do you fix the issues too?

I can, but you are under no obligation. The report is written so any designer or developer can act on it.

Do I need analytics installed?

No, but it helps. If you have data, I use it to confirm where people drop off.

Is an audit useful before a redesign?

Yes. It tells you what to keep and what to change, so the redesign solves real problems.

Step 1 of 2

Ask for a website review

Tell me about the site and what you want checked. I will not ask for passwords here. If the review needs access, we set that up safely later.

What kind of review?
Do you have access to Google Search Console? (optional)
On which devices? (optional)

For example, booking a room, finding opening hours or sending an enquiry.

Could you give access to analytics or the site if the review needs it? (optional)
When would you like the review? (optional)

Step 2 of 2

How to reach you

What happens next. I look at the site and your answers, then reply with a suggested audit scope. Nothing is booked until you agree the scope in writing.

Tell me what you need to achieve.

We can work out the right next step before committing to a solution. You can book this on its own. An ongoing partnership is optional, never a requirement.
