This partnership is optional. Every service it touches can also be booked on its own.
Who it is for
This service is for organisations where several people are involved, but management still carries too much of the digital decision-making.
Priorities stall between management and delivery teams. Suppliers solve their own piece without enough coordination. Technology decisions consume senior management time.
AI and automation opportunities exist, but nobody has the remit to judge what is useful. The organisation needs senior digital capability without immediately creating a permanent role.
What should improve
Ownership
Important digital decisions have a clear senior point of responsibility.
Decision speed
Technical questions become practical business choices faster.
Supplier effectiveness
Agencies, developers and IT providers work against clearer priorities.
Investment discipline
New tools and projects are judged against business value, cost and readiness.
The service begins with the responsibility you actually need
Digital care
One active workstream. Monthly strategy consultation, ongoing advisory, supplier review and digital performance oversight.
Digital growth
Up to two workstreams. One focused optimisation sprint a month, supplier coordination, monthly review and quarterly roadmap review.
Most partnerships start here.
Digital scale
Up to three workstreams. Two sprints a month, governance, implementation oversight and executive reporting.
The level that fits, and its fee, follow the scope we agree in writing after we speak.
How it starts
A new partnership normally begins with a digital baseline and 90-day roadmap. It establishes the current systems, suppliers, risks and immediate priorities.
Commitment
Initial commitment is three months. Monthly fees are invoiced in advance. Reserved capacity does not roll over, and the service level can change when the responsibility changes. Third-party licences are separate unless explicitly included.
What stays separate
- A monthly partnership should not quietly absorb a website rebuild, production application, major migration or large integration. Project-scale work is identified and scoped separately.
- Website operations is a separate service.
Questions people ask
Answers from management.fernandokylas.com, to confirm
Do you replace our existing suppliers?
Not if they are doing good work. I can work alongside them, clarify responsibilities, improve briefs and help management assess quality.
Is this website maintenance?
No. Website operations is a separate service. This covers the wider decisions around priorities, suppliers, systems, AI and automation.
Do we need this indefinitely?
No. The level should follow the responsibility, not the calendar.
