Digital Impact Consultancy

The real problem is rarely the website itself. I help you step back, look at your tools, content and processes together, and decide what to fix, what to keep and what to stop doing.

Questions people ask

Answers to confirm

Who is digital consulting for?

Small and medium businesses and organisations that know something is not working but are not sure what to change first.

Do you sell software or take commission?

No. My advice is independent. If a paid tool suits you, I will say so, and if a free option will do, I will say that too.

Can you help us choose an agency or developer?

Yes. I can write the brief, review the proposals and help you compare them fairly.

Do you also do the work?

Often, yes. But the advice stands on its own, and you are free to work with whoever suits you.

We can work out the right next step before committing to a solution. You can book this on its own. An ongoing partnership is optional, never a requirement.
